The extreme weather didn't stop anyone from joining the half-day AI industry visit organized by the AMBS Alumni Association (HK) (AMBSAA (HK)) and led by its board members, SY CHAN and Tracy Tsang.

The event was packed with exciting activities. During the visit to UBTECH Robotics, many of our guests even got to interact and shake hands with robots! The Association was also honored to host highly respected and renowned guests from the Future Technology School of Shenzhen Polytechnic University later in the afternoon. The event was perfectly wrapped up with a beautiful buffet dinner at the Marriott, joined by over 50 friends and alumni.

Both the Chair Donna Buckland and the Vice Chair Dr. Justin Cheng of the AMBSAA (HK) were there to show their support. Following their December charity event with the Children's Cancer Foundation and March's talent development seminar, this marks another fantastic milestone.

The University of Manchester East Asia Centre congratulates the 2025/26 AMBSAA (HK) board on another exceptionally successful event in this serving year.
